My Rights:⋆ I retain all rights to the finished commission and not limited to: distribution & reproduction self-promotion, display on public sites & portfolio as commission samples.⋆ I got the right to decline any in process/request commission if I feel; threatened, uncomfortable, personal reason.. etc..⋆ I have the right to alter my Terms of Service at any time (I will always update the date shown on my HOME if I do make changes to my T.O.S).
I will notify you beforehand if I desperately need to extend more time due to personal reason.⋆ If client does not reply after 1 week (7 days after last message was sent by me), I have the right to pause the commission and or mark as completed. I will also "poke" you as a reminder
(Note, this apply to Vgen only, and you may come to work with me to get this finished outside of Vgen. I will not wait when commission deadline ended.)About design:If a commission design had been disregarded, I have the full rights to re-use the commission design.

If no longer wish to own the work - winner may resell, trade etc....
Minimal changes can be made to the character after adopted such as clothing and accessories. As long as the character’s noticable compared to the original design.
